It’s pretty windy but the Hermanus Whale Festival is in full swing. On Thursday, which was a public holiday, more than 25,ooo festinos poured into Hermanus to enjoy the festival sights and sounds. It is hoped that by the end of the weekend last year’s 115,000 visitor figure will have been topped.
